These terms cover your use of Sonoduck (sonoduck.com). By using the site you agree to them.

Educational use only

Sonoduck is an educational simulator. Its images are generated by a model or are publicly licensed teaching images. It is not medical advice, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for supervised clinical training or institutional credentialing. Never use Sonoduck to make decisions about real patients.

Your account and license

The free course needs no account. Sonoduck Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, as a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Your license key is personal: use it on your own devices and don’t share or resell it. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly or obtained fraudulently.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; Pro remains active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change for future periods with advance notice.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, bypass the paywall, or post offensive squad names. We may remove squads or content that break these rules.

Content

Sonoduck’s software, simulator, text and design belong to Sonoduck. Third-party images are used under their open licenses and credited on the Sources page.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonoduck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
