Refund Policy

If Sonoduck Pro isn’t for you, we’ll refund you.

• 14-day refund: request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment (monthly, annual or lifetime) — no questions asked.
• Renewals: if you forgot to cancel, ask within 7 days of a renewal charge and we’ll refund that renewal.
• Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Programs (schools): refunds follow your institutional agreement.

To request a refund, use the contact form with the email you purchased with, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Last updated October 20, 2026.
